Animal Behavior Lab at The Maritime Aquarium at Norwalk
Join us at The Maritime Aquarium for an introduction to animal behavior and learn why enrichment is so important to our animals in human care! Guests will have hands-on experience designing and creating enrichment items for our most popular animals using food and other sensory items. Our Animal Husbandry department will add the enrichment you made to the animal's habitat. Bring your observation skills to help the animal husbandry staff complete an ethogram, recording how the animals interact with the enrichment!

Please note, registration is open to children ages 8 and above. Aquarium admission is not included with this program. If you would like to visit the Aquarium after the program, please purchase admission in advance of the event or on-site, day of.
